Book-catalog on the retrospective exhibition held on the 10th anniversary of Mariana Yampolsky's death with essays by noted authors who deal with her work and cultural legacy. The book, in addition to containing all the photographs presented in the exhibition, contains texts written by those who lived with her and shared some of her career facets, such as, Elena Poniatowska great friend of Mariana, or from another great photographer, Marco Antonio Cruz with whom Mariana exchanged points of view, not only on the work of both, but on the country and everyday life. Or the collaboration of Germán Montalvo, outstanding designer, who narrates the relationship of work and camaraderie that they kept during the design and editing of diverse books. It also has an excellent analysis about an important part of the photographic collection and its relation with architecture, by Xavier Guzmán U.
